Tree Removal – Get it down safely, get it done right.

While tree removal is a drastic option, it’s often necessary to maintain safety in a landscape. Dead trees and trees with conks, cavities or splits are vulnerable to collapsing. Root damage from construction also compromises tree stability. We have the tools and know how to safely rig, lower and remove even the most difficult trees. We also do crane removals. Once the tree is down we can stack firewood and grind the stump below grade. You’ll never even know it was there!

DOES THAT TREE NEED TO COME DOWN?

Some trees are problematic for homeowners, whether they drip sap, drop limbs or fruit on the roof, or they’re just in the way. If you genuinely want that tree gone, we can certainly oblige.

Hazard trees, on the other hand, take more consideration than just personal preference. The three components needed to justify a hazard tree removal involve the tree (which may be dead or diseased, leaning excessively or otherwise compromised), a target (house, fence, power line, etc.) and an environmental factor (exposure to wind, snow, other trees, etc). With the abundance of trees in our area, we will usually play it safe when it comes to hazard trees. If a tree’s death is imminent, we will often opt to take it down before it becomes too old and unstable.
